Student Spaces have a small selection of quality, 6 bed and 7 bed houses in the Sandyford and Jesmond areas of Newcastle, close to the main University campuses. We only let and manage our own properties. All of these have quality furnishings and facilities, and are available at fair rents, with NO AGENCY FEES.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NOW LET FOR THE 2012/2013 YEAR.

We have a number of 6 bed student houses in Sandyford, close to the Universities, and one 7 bed student house in Jesmond. At Student Spaces, we pride ourselves on providing a professional service and being responsive to our tenants needs, with prompt attention to repairs and an efficient response to queries.

All our properties are fully licensed by Newcastle City Council, and comply with the Newcastle Accreditation Scheme. They have Energy Performance Certificates, with ratings which match or exceed the national average for fuel efficiency and environmental impact. They are available as group lets from the 1st of July of each academic year on a twelve months contract basis, unless otherwise stated. Tenants’ deposits are safeguarded by a Government-approved Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
